STEPS TO SETUP HOTMAIL ACCOUNT ON ANDROID TABLET
Android tablets have the same procedure as the Android mobiles have, and most of the Android tablets make the email setup simple. If you want to Setup Hotmail on it then it takes only 2 minutes if you follow the right procedure to do the same.

- Go to “Mail” icon located on the home screen or in the list of Apps. If there are no email accounts added on your device then, select “Choose a mail provider” screen or just tap on Menu/Options and then tap on New Account.
- Go to POP3 or Other POP3.IMAP option whatever option is visible to you. Doing this will show you setup screen.
- Enter the full Hotmail email address into the “Email address” box and correct Password in the required box.
- Hit the Next button. The next screen will appear to you to import the settings.
- If the details are shown, you have to enter your account name and the name on the next screen.
- Select Finish button followed by some settings which you have to do manually.
- Next, the Incoming server settings page will display where you need to enter the username and password.
- Type “pop3.live.com” in the Incoming Server field and type “995” in the Mail Server Port field.
- Hit Next button to see the Outgoing Server Settings page.
- Now, enter “smtp.live.com” in the Outgoing Mail Server filed. Type 587 in the Server Prot and then hit the Nextbutton.
- Finally, type the account name and name on the next page and then touch Finish Setup.
